Group tournaments competition into bands of levels. Level 350 is likely to win more new levels than the one at level 14500. Hence winning more points than a player at 14500. That is not fair competition
Tournaments
Tournament must be competed with players at the same level. A player at level 230 can win more new levels than 14000. That would not be fair competition.
