I was on 5000+, logged in today and it has reverted back to 1. Any help appreciated

Crush saga
I'm afraid after many years of playing this on my pc, the change to portrait mode has ruined it, I can hardly see the game unles I'm up really close to the screen. I have no sight problems.

Small screen
I can't understand why my screen has become smaller on my pc, it is only on Candy Crush Saga, not on any other game. Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you, Nigel
