I've been getting this for 2 days and prior I said limited to 15 lives?

Been stuck on this level over a week. Bought some boosters still didn't win. Today after my 2 rounds of boosters expired and no lives left I waited until my lives was full and finally beat the level. So I thought. It said I won. Here hours later I'm going to check out the next level lol and I'm still on this hard level.…

So I've notice on 2 occasions I received 5 lives, this past 5 lives was finishing 1818 I believe. But they never registered. Is it something I'm supposed to do to get them? That's all. Thank you
