No ads, no win streak necklace, and hard levels
Hello. I started a new run in Candy Crush Saga. It seems new players without experience in the game will have a harder time playing. There are no ads and no win streak necklace. To make matters worse, levels less than 200 area already hard to win on the first try. Is it just me or is there something i'm missing?

Gold Disappeared
Hello. I need help. I tried to link my Candy Crush game to my Facebook account to save the progress. It was at level 18k with 41k worth of gold. To my surprise, the gold disappeared after the link. Please help.

No win streak and race reward
Winning streak suddenly disappeared and no race status / reward.

Episode Race Free Lives or Timed Hammer
There are times when at the end of the episode race, no free +5 lives or 30-minute timed hammer was given. The app freezes and should be closed. When opened again, nothing was given expect the prize of the race.
