I can’t understand why King/Itunes can’t/won't fix the problem with in app purchases. I had numerous “standard” replies from the King experts and nothing works! The ability to purchase extra moves, etc has been down for months. If you can develop games why can’t you fix this! It was working fine for years!

Here we go again, another week(s) of not being able to make in app purchases. I don’t understand why this can’t be fixed. It’s ridiculous!

Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!

Purchasing gold bars
For the last two days I’ve been unable to purchase gold bars. Error message says connectivity issues. My internet is working fine. I’ve played candy crush for years. My playing level is over 17,000. My payment method is apple gift card and loaded into ITunes.
