i have reached level 46 and cannot progress as screen keeps advising game paused close all chat

I have reached level 46 and game paused asking me to close all chat to progress this does not solve problem been trying to progress for past 4 weeks

Hi Sueboo52! Have you tried to close the chat completely? Also I suggest you try playing the game in fullscreen mode. Another option is to try from another browser to see if that will solve the issue you're experiencing.
