I am stuck on level 127

This level doesn't shuffle for some reason and can't progress.  Can you please help get me to the next level?  Thanks? Sharon

Hey Sharon, have you checked for updates for your device and apps? Sometimes a simple restart does the trick too. Check if you have enough memory available on your tablet. Did this help?
