ive asked 6 times now ive been stuck on level 45 ppl have sent help to open level 46 but doesnt register its been over a week please help

Hi Shelly, have you been able to enter the next episode already? I would recommend you to play on King.com too; you can ask people there for help as well and synchronise with your Facebook. Advantage of playing on mobile is that tickets/help will remain saved on the device and not just during one Facebook session.
