I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game, deleting and reinstalling Facebook, trying to connect through Facebook app, tried connecting through settings but no luck. Please can you let me know what I can do now.

Hi Jane! Have you tried switching from WiFi to 3G/4G? Please also describe further what happens when you try to connect. Do you get the login screen to Facebook? What mobile device do you have?
