How do I pass level 308 in soda

I been stuck on level 308 for over 6 weeks now how do I pass it it is very fustrating I can only get out 20 bears. Please help

The video didn't help!  You got some good moves presented from the top!  I must hold the longest record for playing level 308  :-(
