I have problems with purchase

Hi i have serious problem. My sister was playing soda crush and she needed some lives so she decided to purchase 10 live for 0.99 dollars but when she did it i don't know how maybe buy mistake she pressed the button with 510 live which costs 39.99$. I really need your help so please can you reimburse me the money and take away all the bars i really need you to help me because right now i don't have such money to pay for that and i won't have.
