I updated the app and I was at level 156 and now after the update I'm at level 1.ย
Check that you haven't simply lost your connection to Facebook/Kingdom. Open up the app and in the settings check, reconnect etc, see if this works for you ย

In the game, where I was at an advanced level, I was spending 8 hours on color balls and another 7-8 hours There was an unlimited package.. I also had over 80 candies and other items, and many other things. But I created an account to save my progress, and everything is gone. I want them back, please.

I created a King account using different email from my FB account. After I unlinked my candy crush account from FB, my save data is now within my FBโฆ
Yet again I didn't get my bonus after being on podium for 3 weeks in a row. I have a picture from yesterday when the clock was at 0 time left and it shows me on podium and having the prior 2 weeks podium finishes lit...please fix this
