All levels greyed out - cannot play, stuck - please help.

Hello,

I'm currently on level 397 on Candy Crush Soda Saga and when the update was pushed on June 2nd on all my iOS devices I cannot play anymore.  Everything is greyed out and I cannot select any levels to play.  This is frustrating and not very helpful.  I see my co-workers and friends are already past me and are still playing, why is my account messed up.

Can you please direct me accordingly?

Do you still have grayed out levels or has it fixed itself? Uninstall/ reinstall usually helps if something has been corrupted in one of the game files, could be worth a shot if you're still stuck.
