Can't find king account button

I want to sync my progress but I don't want to log in with facebook so that I'll fill my friends with notifications, a friend of mine told me I could sync through my 'king account', but I don't have one, I've never been prompted to make one and I can't find the 'Account' button, it'll only allow me to connect through Facebook.

Hi Manuel, you can create a Kingdom account inside the game on your mobile. Open the Soda Saga app and go to settings. Tap the orange and yellow icon. Choose your avatar and nickname. Enter your email address and choose a password. That's all!

I have the same issue - but I also can't find this orange and yellow icon in my settings in the Android version of Soda Saga.....
