i have beat 4 levels and need to buy 12 gold bars to finish. It won't let me. Keeps saying sync prob

need to buy 12 gold bars to finish the 5th level .it won't let me. Keeps saying sync problem. There is nothing wrong with the connection.

Hi Carla!
Which version of the game do you have installed? I suggest you update to the latest version here: https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/candy-crush-saga/id553834731?mt=8 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga&hl=en
Also try switching from WiFi to 3G/4G to see if it will solve your connectivity issue.
