Purchase not showing up in app on iPad.

I won the crown one time and also purchased the sale items this past weekend (6-28-15). The gold bars are showing up on both my iPad and iPhone, but the boosters/lollipops are only on the IPhone. If I can't see them on both devices, can they be transferred so I can use them on the iPad because I play on that device 95% of the time.

Unfortunately boosters can not be transferred between devices and platforms like Facebook and King.com
Gold bars are - as you have stated - available on all platforms and devices.
