Why when i try to continue to play a game, i get a message "Play store unavailable", I have gold bar

I can't continue to play once I am out of turns. Play store unavailable.  Can someone explain what the problem is.  Ive always been able to use the play store.  Just in the pass couple weeks has this happening.

Hey Mary! Just a few things. Are you playing while connected to Wifi? Do you have problem accessing the play store in general or in other apps? Try force closing all of your apps and restarting your phone. Let me know how it goes...
