I cannot connect from IPhone or IPad. I have tried everything I have seen on the board, checked updates, tried loading through Facebook, uninstalled and reinstalled. Istill getting frustrating. Can someone please help?

Also I suggest you try switching from WiFi to 3G/4G to see if that will solve your connectivity issue.
