Getting to the next level

So I finished level 60, and i need to get the three tickets to progress, but every time I send out a request I don't get my ticket. Me and my mom just tried to send myself another ticket because she plays it as well and whenever she accepts the request it never shows up on my end so I don't get the ticket, no matter how many times I re-fresh or send the request. Help please I want to keep playing this game but if I can't get it to work I'm going to have to remove it

Hi Elly!

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?

To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
