why does candy crush soda keep shutting down on me?

Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)every time i try to play the game it shuts down on me. I deleted the game then reinstalled it and its still doing the same thing. At one point yesterday i couldn't even download the game

Hey Karen, first of all I would restart your tablet. Then check for updates for both your tablet and apps. Better use a Wi-Fi connection then mobile data. Also check if there´s enough space available on your tablet. Depending on the make and model, you can insert a SD card and save the game there, in order to free memory space on your tablet. Did you get any error message?
