Stuck on level 451

Completed level 450 paint can appears between levels 450 and 451 my pic shows on 451 but game will not allow me to continue why?

It means that the levels are currently in construction don't worry. Though technically the levels are actually ready already and out on FB, King.com and Android, but iOS have yet to released the update. It should be soon though.

I tried playing on facebook and levels 451 and up are still grayed out
