I am on level 96 of candy crush saga n it says u have to get 10,000 points within 15 moves n I did ,I 96,357. But it said that I failed the level still. Am I doing something wrong with the bombs or something? I don't know what activates them, there's not much explanation about them. Please help.

    Hey Kariann78,

    Looks like you tagged Soda instead of Candy ;-)

    Check for updates for your device and apps. Do a restart on your tablet. If you use an Android tablet, I would save your games on a SD card in order to free space on your device. 

    Can you still not pass the level and does it happen again? Take a screenshot of the message saying you failed the level and add it here.

    If you synchronize with your Facebook or your Kingdom account, then you can also play this level on PC.
