Why does Candy Crush Soda keep shutting down since update to add the latest promotion?

I'm using an android mobile device, and ever since they added the latest "earn the crown" promotion the thing just crashes in the middle of levels for no reason at all.  The latest update that added the bottle cap levels didn't solve the issue either.  It's not doing it on Facebook, but it's really annoying when you're about the finish a level and it all of a sudden shuts down.

It sounds like a memory issue to me then if the updates are not solving the issue. Check your phone Ram and memory in the settings section. Make sure you have some space or if not then the apps cannot run and will continue to crash. Try and free up some space.
