How can I get a refund or missing bars restored?

I purchased 55 lives and re-upped 3 times at 9bars per new 5 lives. The app now is only showing 12 lives and not the 28 I should have. I either want a refund, or restore the missing lives

How did you buy 55 lives? I though you could only buy a full set of lives, which means 5 at a time and I thought they did not accumulate?
