I keep getting "store unavailable"

I'm trying to use gold bars I already have but every time I try to continue a game, it tells me "store unavailable". I'm using the latest version of candy crush soda, so it's not that. It's been happening for almost 2 months now and has never resolved. It's very frustrating. It happens whenever I try to continue a game I've almost won but run out of moves on.

Are you trying to connect with a wi-fi connection or using 3g? I know if the servers get busy at certain times of the day then my connection will drop as well but I would check out the wi-fi issue for sure.
