I was on level 240, but when I opened Candy Crush Soda Saga today, I am now on level 4. HELP!

On level 240 yesterday when I stopped playing for the day. Today I am back on level 4. I don't want to start over - - most of the fun is progressing. Can my game be reset to level 240?

Hey tykattab,

Did you get your progress back? Have you tried synchronizing with your Facebook and your Kingdom account and did you play a couple of levels?
