Just use the same (wrong email address) you used when you signed up at Kingdom and you should get your levels back.
If you didn't sync your progress with Kingdom or Facebook then the only way to recover your progress is through restore from one of your backup of your mobile data (for instance iCloud if you have iPhone or iPad)
