Lives won't load on candy crush soda

Lives won't load . Next life in 397 hours !!!!! Tried logging out and reloading but still can't play.

Hey Sharon-  If you have recently changed the time on your device (due to travelling or other reasons) this may affect the game.

To fix the issue, please open the map screen in the game and check how long you have to wait for the next life. Now set the clock on your device forward by that amount of time. 

After this briefly access the game’s map screen and then go straight back to the settings menu on your device.

Set the date back to the current date and restart your device. I think this should do the trick, but do let me know :-)
