Yes, you can reset your game progress and restart the game from scratch, but you cannot do the "Reset process" yourself. You need to contact our player support and the support team will complete the process.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email.

If you're playing on Facebook then its not possible, but if you're playing on mobile then delete and reinstall the app and don't connect to facebook/kingdom, then you'll be back at level 1.
