In Candy Crush Soda Saga, I keep having a problem whenever I try to use a spotted candy ball.
Nine times out of ten, whenever I use this piece my entire game freezes and I have to refresh the game and end up losing the life I was using. I've tried removing the game and then re-downloading it. That worked for a while, but now the problem is back. Please help me, this is my favorite game and I don't want to have to quit playing it permanently. Thank you!

This sounds to me like it could be a flash issue or maybe even a lack of available memory. Basically this action of using the color bomb creates a lot of movement, using the flash player and memory. Check that flash is enabled and updated in your browser via the Adobe site. Maybe try another browser as well.
