Progress lost, lollipops

I have been stuck on my iPad iOS device at the last level before the paint bucket for a week.  (Four fruits in the corners, ice on the sides, and our new and least favorite quest for three soda caps).  

Now, when I'm logged in with FB in iOS device, im back at Level 510.  So. Not okay.  

Also, my lollipop hammers are all missing.  

What at is going on, and when will you answer my emails and or fix this!?!
