I am not receiving my free gifts When I accept them they do not go into my message box. Please fix

I accept the free gifts all the time but for the last week or so I have not be receiving them in my message box. I thought first it was my IPad but I tried on my android phone which I also play Candy Crush on but same thing is happening. I lost the 75 coins today

Free gifts, do you mean lives or tickets? I know that whatever device you accept them on, I think they only appear on that device if that makes sense. Maybe this is the issue?
