My Hammers are gone.

I updated the app this morning and then when i started it i noticed all my lollipop hammers had disappeared, i had about 13-16 of them that i had worked my butt off earning through bubblegum hill over the last month, when i email "King" i just get this automated reply telling me to come here, so who is going to fix this?
