No way to contact King?????

I was on the 5th level of bubble gum hill. I purchased 5 more turns to finish it and my game crashed. I lost the bars and spent, and all of the bars and prizes I'd have received during my reign. Sent an email to King, and got an automated message back. Are you kidding me? I give you my money and you can't respond? That is not cool! I'm uninstalling and not spending another dime!
