I won 445 level, but have not been advanced

I won 445 level in Candy Crush Soda and was not advanced... how do I get advanced without playing it again?

Hi Charlene!

Did this happen on your mobile/tablet? If there's a glitch in the Internet connection then your progress can get lost.

Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues.
