game is stuck wont let me pass level 435

I beat the level and play on but when I shut down and return, its back at 435 only on my computer, on my phone Im at 450

It sounds like you just need to synchronize your game with facebook again.
Check out this video which should help you out. There's one for android in the menu on the right also.
