Same problem as everyone else, says I need an update Flash which I have. This has been all day. Have restarted my computer, run a virus scan. Can't see the answers to everyones questions regarding the same issue.

Hi Suzanne-  Are you playing on Firefox by any chance? A moderator has posted in this thread, suggesting that it a browser problem. https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/mozilla-is-blocking-adobe-flash#_=_ 

Does switching to chrome work for you?
