candy crush soda loads to 100% but will not open

I have been playing Candy Crush Soda for months with no problem.  Yesterday and today, however, playing it has developed a problem.  It will load to 100%, but then just sits at that screen, and the game itself does not appear or open.  I have tried closing Internet explorer, rebooting my computer and, yes the latest version of Flash is installed and working properly.  Please help, as I really like this game.  I do not know what level I am on because the game will not open.  My ID is 1039715677.  Thank you, Tricia Colburn

Hey Tricia, have you been able to play again already?

Try Google Chrome as a browser on your PC; this comes automatically with the latest version of Flash installed. Do you also play on mobile or tablet and does it work?
