Can anyone help me pass level 45, it won't let me?

I have been on level 45 for over 2 weeks, I have asked for help from friends, tried to purchase with my points, and it just tells me that my purchase has failed.  I have been in contact with the techs and they are no help except making run in circles.  I have removed the game and reloaded it, I have cleaned the cache, I have done all their suggestions and still can not play.  HELP
