Can not advance or use bars

Every time I try to advance from level 46  by buying my way it says failed purchase.  I have 111 bars so 9 should be no problem...Why can I not advance on such a low level????Is the game full of these kinds of problems???I need my monies returned or please fix so I can spend more money and go farther..Thanks

    This has happened to me. I think these kind of games can have plenty of bugs but to me, this game is more buggy than Candy Crush Saga.

    I'm not so sure, but...it would most likely to be a bug.
