lost gold bars and level on my mobile device yet it is correct on desktop ??

My  correct amount of gold bars and correct level are not on my candy crush soda on my mobile device yet are correct on my desktop.. any ideas ??? Thanks Lori

    Gold bars and progress get synced to your Facebook so if it's correct on your PC then you need to uninstall both the Facebook app and the game from your device, reboot it, then re-install CCSS and re-connect to FB then once that's done you can download the FB app again. Keep in my that you will lose any boosters or messages you have as they only get stored locally on the device unlike progress and gold bars, but once done you should be fully synced again!
