Lost 260 gold bars & 160 Lollipop Hammers

Hey I was playing candy crush soda saga and the game got stuck, screen frooze for a while. I restarted the game and lost 260 gold bars and 160 Lollipop Hammers. Any one can please help me here ? All these were accumulated via playing crown games over last several months. If I bought some boosters accidently it does not really show up right now. I should be done playing after this if I cannot get these back.

What did you do in order to lose these?! 

I think you can get your purchased ones back by restoring your purchases for the game in the Store where you bought them.

Thanks firstly. The game got frozen for a while. I closed it out and reopened it. All it said was thank you for purchase. Restoring is not working. The 160 hammers were won using crown games. Thanks again for responding.
