Soda Crush level 545 bug

This board has 2 levels, upper and lower.  You begin on the lower.  Once enough bottles have popped filling the board enough to have bears float to the top 2 rows, the game shifts to the top level.  Occasionally, when clearing the top level, the board pushes you back down to the lower level (which should not happen) with no way to get back to the upper level.  The added frustrating is not worth this user's time or money attempting to pass this level until this bug is resolved.  Please advise once this issue is resolved.

During the second stage be careful not to free the Bear in the middle of the Board. If it drops down before you’ve popped a single bottle it will go back to the first stage, making impossible to complete.
