Candy Crush on Kindle Fire

I have been playing Candy Crush for many months on my Kindle Fire.  Now, as soon as I go in, it says "loading" and then cuts me out. I have tried all the suggestions by Amazon technical help, but nothing works.  I have deleted the game off the device and reinstalled it, but that did not work either.  Please help!

Have you checked for updates and have you done a restart? Make sure you have enough memory available on your device too.

I think you did the right thing by contacting Amazon. Maybe you can provide them with a screenshot and some more detailed info about your Kindle Fire. Maybe a reset could help?
