im on level 45 and trying to pass the bridge i ask friends but i just keep getting more lives how do i get tickets to pass???

I've had that whilst my game was connected to FB, the only thing that seemed to make it work was by sending individual requests rather than by bulk. It was driving me crazy in the end and ended up connecting with a Kingdom account instead.
