why does my screen go black before it is loaded all the way?

when I get ready to play and I click on play the candy bar starts to load and then it gets to a certain % and the screen goes black, not my whole computer screen but the candy soda does. I have rebooted ,cleaned out everything ?

Thanks for the tag. Just to be clear, by loading you mean the loading of the game? We have an issue once an ad is being played but I wanted to confirm if that was the case for you here as well or if we are looking at a different story here.
