I just "added" candy crush soda saga. It "100%" loaded. wont let me play

I just "added" candy crush soda saga. It "100%" loaded.  still shows 100 percent loaded but just sticks there and theres no button of arrow or anything to push "play" and it just sits there.  what can i do?
