Level 430 will not advance?

I get bear to top of screen and can not move it any further despite using fish, special candies etc.

So the fish don't move to the blockers? Normally when you clear them from above the fish the level moves to the next screen. Check out this video and see if you are doing the same thing:

No, the bear is at the very top of the board and won't advance! Every blocker is clear and the fish are busy eating useless other candies. I've had this happen multiple times now and it strikes me as a clear cut bug. This whole level is actually pretty awful, as it relies exclusively on luck/chance on combo creation in the green soda. Not enough combos? Not enough fish. Fish follow a priority list that can't be manipulated... So when the fish have nothing to hit but random candies, how can I advance?It's possible that the bear is getting stuck on a blocker above the board, but this is really unfair not to be able to see it on the board.
