How do I get an answer on my question?

I have asked an question. But did NOT get an answer from King. Maybe it is not coming through but we are the people who are paying your bills. I think, I should get the media involved and tell how it really goes before any more people put there money in.

An other player gave an answer but not the solution. An other player is not someone from King. But anyway thx for the reaction although I still have the problem. And will stop playing until there is a reaction that solves my (our cuz more player have this problem) problem.
