Where are my gold bars?

Last night I posted a question and now it's gone. I paid for bars, was charged, and never got them. Before you changed the specials. I should have 2, 55 bars for 4.99 and I got the special 6.99 with 55 bars and pops. I got the pops but not the bars. Help please
